Saturday, June 1, 1 p.m – 4 p.m.: Stanford Pride Celebration


Join us for a day of celebration at the 3rd Annual Stanford Pride Event! Revel in the beauty of our local community as we come together for a lively afternoon filled with music, food, and an array of activities for all ages. This year’s event takes place in the picturesque setting of Thomas Equestrian on Pumpkin Lane, where the spirit of Pride will be in full gallop.

Saturday, June 8th, 12PM : Poughkeepsie Pride Parade and Festival

Join the Stanford Democrats and many other progressive Dutchess County organizations marching in the 2024 Poughkeepsie Pride Parade.


Celebrate Pride Month in Dutchess and join the PKGO Pride Parade and Festival, which is always held on the second Saturday in June. The festival will feature local queer-owned businesses, food vendors, and activities for children and families. The Dutchess County Pride Center is a safe place for members of the LGBTQ+ community, including youth, young adults, their families and allies, to feel comfortable and free to express themselves. The goal is to support, educate and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, including LGBTQ+ youth and their families, through outreach, support groups and social events.

Saturday July 20 – Town of Stanford Democratic Caucus
The Stanford Democrats will hold their caucus to fill the unexpired term of an elected town board trustee on Saturday July 20th at Bengal Works at 10am

The Stanford Dems are participating in this fund raiser as member of the Northern Dutchess Democrats. The coordinating committee’s goal is to get the digital poster to all the towns for their web sites by 6/15. We expect to have more information by 6/1 Watch this space and save the date of 7/27.
